The Story: Behind the scenes of how a too-bizarre-to-be-true trip to Lithuania exposed the impossible teenage life of LaMelo Ball as a subplot in his dad's reality-show basketball empire.

My Role: I project managed and edited this multi-platform text + video story which required three and a half weeks of reporting in Lithuania by the writer. First-place winner for best online sports feature at the 2019 Los Angeles Press Club Annual Journalism Awards and second-place winner in the 2018 Pro Basketball Writer’s Association Writing Contest.
